We play a hands-on role from spark to supernova because we don't want anything to get in the way of providing the best customer experience possible.Basis is and will remain a fully remote company.The role will be responsible for our brand's product catalog on all channels ensuring proper data setup, product presentation, channel analytics, and content management. It would be a major plus if you have advertising experience, however, you will be collaborating with an agency that currently manages ad spending on the platform and DSP. As one of the primary owners of the contact between the company and the customer, you will relentlessly uphold our standards for excellence and authenticity in everything you create.**What You'll Do**:- Create and manage all channel listings.- Manage the analytics and content management across all channels and listings. Keyword research, SEO analysis, and keyword expansion.- Owning and reporting P&L and revenue.- Ensure proper implementation and integration of marketplace experience and Shopify inventory tracking.- Work directly with the Director of eCommerce, Director of Digital Marketing, and Director of Customer Experience on the overall customer journey.- Word directly with channel representatives on news, product releases, and beta programs.- Knowledge of setting up Attribution Models.- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data and experience.- Ability to execute weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc style reporting on the fly.- Expert at keyword research to improve PPC campaigns and listings.- Resolve customer issues within the Marketplace ecosystem.- Take the role of a team member seriously. Working professionally with colleagues and other departments to drive revenue.- Potentially implementing advertising strategies and campaigns on each channel.**Necessary Skills & Attributes for Success**:- 3+ years of demonstrated experience managing & selling products on Amazon Seller Central & other marketplaces (eBay, Walmart, Target, etc.)- 1+ years of experience with Shopify.- Good understanding of conversion rate optimization & what the levers are within the marketplace channels.- Excellent prioritization skills and attention to detail.- Strategic thinker who can identify new, better ways to grow the business.- Quality analytical and quantitative skills; able to make data-based positions.- Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing startup environment.- Willing to take direction, but also able to work independently.- Setting and meeting appropriate goals that ladder up to the long-term company vision and the short-term company targets.
