Discuss various options with clients when it comes to heating and cooling systemsTroubleshoot issues with a current system as they are identifiedConduct performance tests with specialized tools and adjust system settings Troubleshoots, maintains, modifies and repairs heating, ventilating and air conditioning systemsPerforms installation of mechanical systems to include piping and modifications to existing facility's cooling systemsMonitors work done by outside contractors for adherence to state and federal code requirements and report back to supervisorPerform any and all duties which may be assignedPerform corrective and preventive maintenance on packaged units, split coil systems, air compressors, pumps, air handlers, air cooled condensers,Installation of mechanical systems to include piping and modifications to existing facilities cooling systems
