Agile Coach - Hybrid Set Up

The role will be responsible for the following:Guide the Scrum Masters in performing their roles.Support the Product Owner and Development Team in product delivery.Provide all support to the team using a servant leadership style and leading by example. This person should personify Scrum and Agile.Guide and coach the Scrum Team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.Guide and coach both the Scrum Team and the Development team on how to get the most out of self-organization.Guide and coach both the Scrum Team and the Development team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.Guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.Qualifications:Years of Experience: At least 5 years of experienceHas knowledge and experience on working with multiple Agile Frameworks apart from Scrum Kanban XPHas experience in Agile Transformation from a single to multiple teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to motivate others in embracing changeAgile Certifications is a plus (PSM II PSM III A-CSM CSP-SM SPC etc.)Coaching Certification is a plus (ICF ORSC etc)Schedule and Location:Day ShiftBGC, Taguig CityHybrid Set Up
