After Effects Designer - Creative Lab Design Service Team

Job Description:
We seek talented and highly skilled Motion Graphics Artists to join our growing production team in our Cebu office. This role is equal parts art direction and motion graphics. You will work on a range of projects with the Motion Graphics team based in Seoul, South Korea for social platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. We work with industry leading brands from all around the world to help create and optimize their videos for social media.


Additionally, this person will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, managing, and optimizing graphic assets for use across video projects. The Motion Graphics Designer will work closely with the other members of the motion team, other designers and project managers to see the vision of each project through to completion within the required timeline.


The ideal candidate is a collaborator that has a strong core understanding of design, typography and visual expressions. Excellent work ethic, ability to manage multiple projects at once and being open to client feedback is a must.


You will work with Client Services Specialist to deliver uniquely designed, branded video contents and templates. You will develop creative references and best practices, based on creative trends and frameworks in various markets. During the various projects, you will be working on enhancing the storyboard, improving the narrative, and adjusting visual elements for the final video creative.
Minimum Qualifications:
2-3 years of professional experience Fluent in English After Effects - Advanced Fluent in the Adobe Creative Suite Extremely well organized Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary Open to feedback Strong project management skills
