The newly formed Worldwide Integrated Network for Growth & Scalability (WINGS) team is a high-visibility group that has been tasked with doing exactly that. We are looking for talented individuals to join the WINGS team as an embedded member of the affiliate and partner marketing team at Perch.**Responsibilities**As part of the Affiliate Team, you are instrumental in helping to grow and scale Perch's Partner Marketing Program, which serves as the bridge between Perch and dozens of influencers and major publishers that are trusted to recommend great products to their audience. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:- Monitoring and cataloging media mentions of Perch products, particularly from the Amazon Influencer program- Fulfilling product sample requests for our partners, and selectively addressing other incoming customer service needs- Ensuring accuracy of incoming sales reports, formatting them to match our internal systems, and ultimately uploading verified data to our databases for reporting purposes- Ensuring partner success by monitoring our partner list for missing check-ins and sales reports, and offering assistance as necessary to ensure they report their sales on time to get paid- Assisting our Finance team by allocating affiliate revenue accurately among our brands for all incoming invoices**About You**You should possess the following key attributes and skills:- Prior experience in managing partners, affiliates, and influencers- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment- Strong English proficiency- Excel/Google Sheets skills required (including vlookups, sumifs, pivot tables)- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Ability to identify issues and communicate them effectively to manager or partner teams- Desire to learn new tools and ability to adapt as tools and processes evolve- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently***:**About Us**:Perch is one of the fastest-growing eCommerce companies in Boston.
