Advertising Marketing

Responsible for the overall advertising marketing plan, coordination, execution, participation and implementation planning- Responsible for the company's website, product development and promotion, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Youtube, billboards, magazine advertisements and etc- Responsible for media advertising planning, budgeting, tracking, promotion, events and monitoring- Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly published posts that inspire audiences and promote brand-focused messages- Understand how content works on websites and social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, WeChat and blogs, promote products through different tactical campaigns and strategies- Research and analyze social media trends, including social media advertising revenue and website visitor data, to improve campaign effectiveness and promote overall branding through website and social media channels- Keep up-to-date with all the latest trends and developments in digital marketing with a focus on social media tools- Third-party online media, community groups, social media groups handle operations and execution- Provides daily, weekly and monthly reports to ensure the effectiveness of various activities to maximize results moving forward- Evaluate and analyze the data collected in all marketing activities, research and results- Subject to all other duties assigned by superiors**Qualifications**:- Age Range: 21 - 40 yo- Minimum Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor Degree in marketing, social media, advertising, business development or equivalent, preferably with work experience- Preferably specializing in advertising, marketing or equivalent- Solid understanding of web analytics tools (eg, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (eg DART, Atlas)- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints- Strong skills in copywriting, content creation and advertising marketing experience- Ability to create videos and effects skills for social media posting and websites- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking**Salary**: From Php35,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 10 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Bonus pay- Commission pay- Overtime pay- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- Do you have knowledge in HTML, CSS and Javascript?**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- SEO: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
