Administrative Staff

-Manages work assignments to ensure proper team-load management-Work closely with Operations, Marketing and HR Department while aiding in the daily operations-Timely and properly submits all documentations, updates client database and status information, as required-Performs administrative support and attending client concerns-Performs other tasks as assignedQualifications:-Graduate of Bachelor's Degree courses in Marketing, Operations Management, Business Management or other related course-Fresh Graduate/Entry Level with good internship exposure in admin/operation function and is willing to be train are welcome to apply-Good interpersonal skills and good moral character-Must be attentive, keen to details and has a sense of urgency-Knowledgeable in using MS Application, (Word, Excel and PPT)-Amenable to work Monday to Saturday, 8AM-5PM, in Mandaluyong City
