Job Description:
Manages to run the day-to-day functions of the office and act as an immediate contact person in attending the client and tenant’s concerns Create, update, and maintain a systematic/organized filing of personnel records, financial records, relevant documents and other data in both hard and softcopy Coordinate with the building admin for maintenance issues of general repair and checking up of electrical lines, air con, etc. Prepares cash advances for necessary payments and ensures proper liquidation of each Keeps office equipment and furniture in order and in clean, good, and running condition Implements building and office house rules to corresponding tenants; coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies Provide administrative/secretarial support to tenants such as resolving a range of administrative problems and inquiries Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, appointments, events and other similar activities to corresponding people Provides lead supervision over administrative staffs; coordinates and supervises work assignments Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of a four (4) year course preferably major in Office Management, Business Administration, Psychology or other related course. Must have at least 2 year experience in Marketing strategies and/or techniques. Prior experience handling administrative responsibilities and/or handling service office is an advantage Proficient computer skills, including Google/Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Highly organized and works well in a fast-paced environment Willing to learn and adapt new skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills
