Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities Understanding, preparing and submitting all TESDA-related requirements and reports Assisting FTC team in preparation of necessary training materials, including preparing handouts, set-up of training rooms, graduation certificates, etc. Act as Cashier for petty cash items Creating, updating, and maintaining personnel records, financial records, and other records and databases Coordinating building and maintenance issues for general repair (air conditioning, fire extinguishers, CCTV, etc.) and updating (painting, etc.). Monitoring and maintaining office equipment, inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed Preparing travel arrangements for the FTC team Organizing special activities & coordinating visits Other activities as deemed relevant by Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
Requirements and Qualifications Minimum of 5 years experience required. High school diploma; associate’s degree, or bachelor degree in business, administration, or related field preferred Prior experience as an office assistant, office administrator, or handling administrative responsibilities in a related field is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Docs) Able to perform clerical duties, maintaining files and confidential information, organizing documents as needed, answers phone inquiries Willingness to learn and to grow with the company Shares Fair Family Values We are an equal opportunity employer and we value diversity at our organization.
