Administrative Assistant

Main Duties:
* Powerpoint Presentation Designer / Editor - Needs to be proficient in Microsoft Office Powerpoint, (With a good eye for design and details, responsible, organized, works carefully but fast, and a fast learner. )
* Office administrative tasks - Needs to be proficient in other Microsoft Office applications
* Maintenance of database, accurate filing of documents, crafting correspondences, taking minutes of the meeting
* Reports generation
* Other administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree holder
* Good oral and written English communications skill
* Can start ASAP
* With a reliable internet connection and fast laptop unit
