Objectives of the Role The objective of this role is to assist our administration team with data entry and preparation of client documents.
Roles and Responsibilities Update and monitor adviser workflow spreadsheet Draft emails for information requests ahead of meetings Obtain and upload client superannuation, insurance and lending information for upcoming meetings with financial adviser Upload client interview notes after meeting with financial adviser into Adviser Logic Update change of addresses for clients Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by our administration team Required Experience Previous experience working in an office environment within administration is preferred but not required Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Minimum Qualifications Excellent English verbal and written communication Secondary education required Applicable tertiary degree preferred but not required Organized and able to meet deadlines.
