Hello, good day! We are looking for administrative and financial coordinator. In order to support the administrative and financial operations of the company and maintain process accuracy and efficiency, this position is essential.
As an Administrative and Financial Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative and financial operations of the company. You will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless coordination and management of administrative and financial tasks.
Job Responsibilities: Booking trips for supervising Rabbis. Liaising with certified clients to plan travel and inspection visits. Reviewing purchase ledger, assessing profitability (Budget vs actual). Occasional secretarial support to Director of Certification and Reports to Office Manager. Continuously identify and implement improvements to administrative and financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Maintain meticulous records and databases, ensuring all financial and administrative information is current and accurate. Generate regular reports detailing financial status and administrative updates for senior management. Qualifications:  Must be an excellent communicator and must be able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Proven experience in administrative and financial roles. Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Xero and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Must have experience in travel booking, customer support / service and bookkeeping Work Schedule: Monday - Friday from 9:00AM - 5:00PM UK TIME
Rate: 500USD - 650USD
