CSC PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education : Completion of two-year studies in College or High School graduate with relevant vocational/trade course
Experience : None required
Training : None required
Eligibility : Career Service (Sub-Professional) / First Level Eligibility
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education:College graduate (Office Administration, Business Management or any related courses)
Experience:One (1) year experience on Administrative Support
Training:Four (4) hours of relevant training
ADDITIONAL COMPETENCY
1. Computer literate with knowledge on MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
2. Good written and oral communications skills
3. Able to work harmoniously, competently and effectively even under pressure.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Under immediate supervision, performs, administrative support and clerical functions; and does other related works.
PRIMARY TASKS
1. Receives, records and endorses incoming and outgoing Disbursement Vouchers;
2. Assist and act as alternate for the budget office in the recording of incoming and outgoing ORS, PR, AND RIS in the Budget and Treasury Management System (BTMS);
3. Types/encodes and files communications, reports, proposals, vouchers, RIR/PR among others;
4. Maintains office reports and other documents;
5. Act as alternate in handling Enhanced Document Tracking and Monitoring System (EDTMS) incoming and outgoing documents;
6. Reproduces official communications/documents for dissemination to other Divisions;
7. Answer and make telephone calls;
8. Interviews and screen persons seeking assistance from the Head of Office; and
9. Perform other related tasks that shall be assigned form time to time.
