Job Mandate: Primarily responsible for premises management and logistical support services of Customer Contact Center. She / He collaborates with Premises Management Division (PMD), Procurement Services Management Division (PSMD), Security and Investigation Division (SID) and Human Resources Group (HRG) to fulfill Customer Contact Center employee and premises requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain list of Customer Contact Center employees Ensure that employees adhere to the housekeeping policy Sort and distribute documents to Customer Contact Center employees Employee assistance on Admin matters Accountability and Unit clearance of resigned employee Minimum Qualifications: College graduate of any 4-year course At least 2 years background in Admin / Facilities and Logistics Customer Service Oriented, Computer Literate and File Management He / She must have the ability to embrace change and work comfortably in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, matrix environment Willing to travel
