Admin Associate

Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensures maintenance, cleanliness and orderliness of all areas in the corporate office through supervision of the Maintenance Staff.
Coordinates with third parties for repairs and maintenance of office equipment.
Monitors the usage of all conference rooms.
Oversees the Residence Hall, Mess Hall, Driver’s Quarter in terms of:Employee usage and visitor bookings
Compliance to company policies
Cleanliness and orderliness

Maintains the proper management, monitoring and timely forecasting and requisition of supplies.
Gathers monthly departmental supply request and administers cost control.
Ensures document control, proper transmittal records of all incoming and outgoing deliveries.
Prepares RP (Request for Payment) of all Admin requests.
Ensures that utility and telco payments are complied accordingly.
Purchases supplies on-site as the need arises.
Submits required reports as necessary.
Performs other functions as may be required on a temporary basis.
