**JOB TITLE: JR. ADMIN ASSISTANT****DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Monitors and restocks office supplies and materials- Process employees' supplies requests and provide relevant information- Prepares purchase orders for human resource office- Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation- May assist with preparation of human resource reports- Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**:**Education**- Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Human Resource, or any related course**Knowledge and skills**- Computer literate- Gives attention to details- Organized, resourceful, and trustworthy- Ability to deal with people from all levels- Can handle confidential information**Salary**: Up to Php18,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Life insuranceSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Monday to Friday- Night shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Language**:- English (required)Willingness to travel:- 100% (preferred)
