Supports the Admin Manager in all administrative duties- Create client invoices and upload relevant data- Day to day data entry of client transactions and preparation of required paperwork- Transaction processing- Support Admin Manager in the performance of their duties;- Accurately enters all transaction into job management system (supplier purchases);- Create client invoices and upload job information with strong attention to detail- Uploads supporting evidence for all transactions entered;- Receipt debtor payments- Job processing including creation, scheduling and management within the job management software- Support Admin Manager in preparation of payroll where required- Maintains and builds a supportive and effective team culture;- Upholds and promotes the firm's values;- Maintains the highest ethical and professional standards**Requirements**:- At least 1 + year' experience in AUSTRALIAN Administration;- Experience with job management software- Intermediate Word and Excel skills;- Excellent oral and written communication skills;- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.- Intermediate MS Excel and MS Word Certification;- Well-honed bookkeeping skills with above average communication skills.**Benefits**:believe in finding the right role for you.
