Responsible for running and coordinating the day-to-day administrative duties of the Operations Department.
Providing administrative support to the Operations Head to help achieve operational goals.
Manage emails, phone calls, paperwork, such as filing, copying and scanning.
Acting as a liaison for direct reports.
Maintains employees’ departmental file
Manages the timekeeping/payroll process.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
RequiredSkill(s): great phone communication skills, Computer Literate
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
Experience providing admin support assistance.
Advance Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word management skills.
