Job Descriptions
He/ She must be the go-to person of the Project Team for all sort of admin, clerical & documentation support.
Liaise with client for the submission of quality control documents and permits
Maintain accurate filing system for project letters, reports, etc.
Experienced in the production of detailed documents/reports
Produce reports on documentation and progress as requested

Job Qualifications
Candidate must be a graduate of any Engineering or Business Course from a reputable university.
Previous Work experience gained from Construction/Telco Company is a big advantage.
Microsoft proficiency is a MUST.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) a strict requirement.
Proactive, well organized and can think out of the box.
A person who can juggle multiple tasks is a sure win.
He/ She must have ability to display grace under pressure.
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
