Job Description . Ensure the processing of vendor invoices and employee expense reimbursements adhere to corporate
policy regarding approval, coding, timeliness
. Process weekly check batch
. Maintain company cellphone, credit card and utility accounts
. Manage the company Accounts Payable email box
. Assist in the preparation of and distribute regularly scheduled reports
. Assist with the implementation of new corporate procedures
. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: . High School Diploma or Equivalent
. 1-3 years of accounts payable experience preferred
. Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and Outlook, in particular)
. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
. Self-starter and excellent problem solving skills
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
. Ability to maintain confidential information
. Works well in a team atmosphere
