Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Description:
Processing Suppliers Invoice and internal request for payment. Validates if the invoice information is the same with verified information. Check vendor subsidiary ledger or historical data for any previous payment, monitor status of the request for payment ensuring payment completion. Prepares Audit Report and provides audit supporting documents Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of Accountancy, Management Accounting, or any related business course With at least one to two years work experience in Accounts Payable, preferably from a shared services set-up Must be knowledgeable in SAP Must be a team player and can cope with a fast paced work environment Must have above average communication nd customer service skills Must be willing to work in Quezon City Must be willing to work on a Project-based contract
