Accounts Payable Associate

Job Description:
Match purchase orders to invoices and enter invoices into computer Reconcile accounts payable transactions Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration or any related field Knowledge of general accounting principles, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements Strong analytical and planning skills Good communication and presentation skills Excellent problem-solving skills Has high degree of accuracy, attention to details and confidentiality Has a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
