Accounts Payable And Procurement Manager

Description:
Company: VPA Australia – vpa.com.au (Based in Brendale, QLD)
Work Hours and Schedule: 9am – 5pm AEST
Work Duration: Full time, long term – to start asap
Rate: 1500 AUD (50,000+ PHP)

Description/Information:
We require someone who has passion in the fitness, health, and supplement industry. You must be self driven and confident in your skill-set. Your role will include but not be limited to:

Monthly tasks
Month end – coding a bank statement and upload into Xero
Producing fathom reports
Preparation of prepaid inventory based on procurement schedule

Weekly Tasks
Entering staff hours into Xero for payroll
Placing approved international orders from suppliers (templates are all provided)

Daily Tasks
Purchasing raw materials based on our current raw material suppliers (templates are all provided).
Morning email to company director
Entering purchase order into UNL at purchase price (Complete PO once received)

Adhoc
Management of Norton, W10, Office 365 for office staff

6 Monthly
Organise Lab Testing for products
Order creation for sporting teams including lab testing batch number
Requirements:
Minimum requirement: Accounting and Xero.com experience
