Remote positionInvoicing Trading CustomersAccurately enters all transactions daily/weekly/monthly into accounting system

Responsibilities
• Uploads supporting evidence for all transactions entered• Daily Debt Collection• Preparation of monthly or Quarterly PAYG and Business Activity Statements• Loading LiveStock into both Xero and FoodChain Inventory System• Preparation of Payroll• Promptly informs the Accounts Manager of any issues with accounts• Perform administrative tasks for Office Manager and Director• Maintains and builds a supportive and effective team culture• Upholds and promotes the firm's values• Maintains the highest ethical and professional standards
Requirements
• At least 3 + years' experience in Bookkeeping or accounting• Basic Skills with XERO or equivalent• Intermediate Word and Excel skills• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Key Skills Needed
• Accounting degree• Intermediate MS Excel and MS Word Certification• Well-honed bookkeeping skills with above average communication skills• Experience in the food manufacturing industry
