Job Qualification:-Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Accountancy or any related course-Proficient in Microsoft OfficeJob Responsibilities:-Assist in collating, gathering, and organizing files and documents for the team's projects/ activities-Sort all documents/ vouchers chronologically according to date, type, etc.-Access shared folder and Google Drives of Accounting for journal support and collation-Access Kissflow for collating vouchers and liquidation documents-Assist in document monitoring/ update (Google Sheet/ Kissflow)-Follow policies and confidentiality dictations to safeguard data and information-Photocopying, printing, encoding, scanning and other clerical tasks
