Accounting Staff (Payables)

Responsibilities:•Prepare and process all vendor invoices for multiple divisions and locations•Utilize SAP to perform AP functions•Assist with resolving invoice discrepancies•Daily communication with external suppliers and inter-company divisions•Prepare month-end reports and review AP aging reports•Daily payment runs•Filing of documents•Other tasks as assignedQualifications:•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy•Certified Public Accountant•At least two (2) years substantial experience in Accounts Payable•Highly organized, detail oriented, with high levels of integrity•Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task efficiently and cooperate with fellow professionals in various disciplines and both office and out-of-office environments•Good communication skills (oral and written)•Proficient with MS Office applications and Google applications•Knowledge in using systems such as SAP, Oracle, Peachtree, Intuit, and other similar applications an advantage
