THANK YOUQUALIFICATIONSMust be a College Graduate of any Business Course, preferably Accountancy.Must have sufficient knowledge in basic accountancy and accounting principlesMust possess good verbal and written communication skillsMust be organized and disciplinedMust be willing to work long hoursRESPONSIBILITIESProcess on a daily basis the booking of all accounting entries. Preparation and processing of all purchase orders in Sales & Inventory System (SIS). Which includes receiving the PO actual and receiving PO system, and PO for supplies for HO.Coordination with suppliers for all orders and deliveries.Preparation and computation of the commissions and Nephro fees relating to the collection from Philhealth.Review and match auto credit payment notice and compare to the weekly generated file exported from the Philhealth portal.Review the monitoring files of cashier and compare with the submitted claims and ledgers.Monitoring of the weekly activity reports of field employees. Ensuring the validity of warranty claims of customers for machines, and other equipment sold.Monitoring of the Technician Service Report and make calibration certificate for the preventive maintenance every quarter.Petty cash custodian which includes timely petty cash replenishments and completeness of supporting documents.
