Accounting Staff

JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS•Preferably with Bachelor's degree in Accountancy / Management Accounting or any business related field;•At least two (2) years relevant experience as Accounting Staff handling bank reconciliation, bookkeeping and financial statements;•With excellent oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills;•Has the ability to present accounting data in a clear and understandable manner; and•Proficient in MS application such as Word, Excel and the like.RESPONSIBILITIES•Prepare monthly financial information according to requirements and deadlines;•Maintains accounting records such as bank reconciliations, general ledger accounts and subsidiary ledgers;•Compiles accounting and financial reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, or as otherwise requested;•Records daily transactions in an accounting system, including purchases and sales transactions;•Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the management
