Accounting Staff

Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies- Create and update expense reports- Process reimbursement forms- Prepare bank deposits- Enter financial transactions into internal databases- Check spreadsheets for accuracy- Maintain digital and physical financial records- Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed- Review and file payroll documents- Participate in quarterly and annual audits*- QUALIFICATIONS- Graduate of BS Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Accounting- With at 2 years working experience as Accounting Staff- Computer literate- Willing to work from Mon-Sat (8am - 5pm)**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Alaminos, Pangasinan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounting Assistant: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)License/Certification:- CPA (preferred)
