ACCOUNTING STAFFQUALIFICATIONS:•At least 1 year as Marketing Assistant•Graduate of BS in Marketing, BA in Advertising, Multi Media Arts or any business course.RESPONSIBILITIES:•Responsible for the daily processing and checking of supporting documents of AP for Receiving Report (RR).•Process countering of Sales Invoices from customers/ suppliers and matching with Receiving•Reports from Material and Control Department (MCD).•Process Accounts Payable Voucher (APV) for non-receiving reports.•Prepares transmittal for APV to Audit Department.•Process payable credit/ debit memo.•Daily filing of Sales Invoice.•Daily encoding of transmittal for Treasury APV check preparation.•Daily maintain accounting journals, general ledgers and special journals.•Prepares bank reconciliation of CBY bank accounts, reconcile monthly bank statements to SAP entries for any discrepancies.•Encodes JV in SAP.•Weekly monitor and update selected advances for suppliers.•Monthly encoding of purchases, sales and importation in BIR system.SALARY AND BENEFITS:•P25,000-P30,000•15- DAY SL AND VL (CONVERTIBLE TO CASH)•After ONE year as a Regular Employee:•Quarterly Rice Ration (50 kilos)•Monthly 1 Gallon Oil Ration•P 25,000.00 hospitalization benefit•Dental check-up•P 14,000.00 Funeral Benefit (in the event the employee dies)•P 6,000.00 Funeral Benefit (in the event an immediate family dies•Paid training and seminars•Yearly Performance AppraisalWORK LOCATION:•San Juan City
