Qualifications:•At least Graduate of Bachelor Degree in Business Management•Newly Graduate are welcome to apply•No minimum experience required as long as can be trained & willing to learn•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.•Strong interpersonal skills•Excellent use of Microsoft Excel and Word•Fast Learner•TrustworthyDuties and Responsibilities:•Organize a filling system for important and confidential company documents.•Monitoring and update company databases.•Answering telephone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails.•Preparing OR and AR for check collection•Preparing Summary Receipts of Expenses-Monthly •Preparing and Scanning of billingsOffice Hours:Monday-Thursday8:00-6:00 P.M. Friday8:00-5:00 P.M
