Accounting Specialist

PRIMARY FUNCTION:Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the assigned section and provides supports on the accounting operations tasks, documentations, and reportorial requirements to the Accounting Department.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process Request for Payment, Collection to Customers and attend related issues. Files and maintains completeness of supporting documents Liaise in collection and bank deposit. Assist in important activities and special projects of the Group and/or the Company. Assist in issuance of Sales Invoices, Statement of Accounts and Collection receipts. Assist in collection follow up, monitoring of delinquent accounts and issuance of Collection notices. Assist in coordination with other Department for account reconciliation and variances. Ensure Order to Cash process from billing to collection posting are being done within Accounting System (SAP) Actively participate in Company held activities, meetings, seminars, and trainings. Assists in the formulation of accounting policies and recommends system improvements Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of BS Accountancy or Financial Management At least 2 years related work experience, preferably in an accounting or auditing firm Proven organizational skills and the ability to maintain precise records Displays knowledge and understanding of accounting and auditing principles, practices, and procedures Must be keen to details Proven, solid Excel skills and exposure to automated accounting systems Knowledge of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Has good understanding of the business and its operation Summary of role requirements: Flexible hours available 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role Working rights required for this role
