Accounting Specialist | Davao

Job Description:
Checks the remaining cash of previous day cash sales thru actual cash count. Custodian of branch petty cash fund. Checks manager’s fund and change fund. Checks cash book vs. passbook/online viewing of deposits (BPI) for confirmation of any discrepancy. Checks Inventory Custodian's weekly requisition. Checks and assist Inventory Custodian in monitoring fast and slow moving products. Checks out of stock, fast moving and slow or non-moving products prepared by Inventory Custodian. Witnesses Inventory audit (physical count) every end of the month. Checks Inventory Custodian’s reconciled Monthly Inventory Report Records Sales Transaction in Great Plains on a daily basis. Records and posts personal use of employee’s every15th and 30th in GP. Checks cash, card, check vs. cashier’s report thru crystal report.Prepares commission of aestheticians’ and doctors’ every 30th and 15th of the month. Minimum Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor/College Degree in Accountancy only Required skills : teamwork, higly organized and keen to details, maintain effective working relationships, good communication and situation management skills, work positively and constructively. Must have at least 1 year work experience for Accounting Specialist – in general /cost accounting, AR/AP, taxation, MIS. Must be willing to work in Davao City. Willing to be trained in San Juan City.
