Qualifications:1. Preparing of aging report of AR.2. Resolving issues on collection, credit memos, and delinquent accounts3. Preparing of customers' statement of account4. Conducting regular collection follow ups.5. Accurate recording of all collections in VGCI system6. Collecting and conducting follow ups of BIR F2307 from customers.7. Encoding and filing of quarterly SAWT in BIR Alpha list8. Scanning of BIR Form 2307 submitted by Customers.9. Bank Reconciliation10. Update daily bank balances and deposits11. Monitoring invoices for countering12. Printing of Sales Book and Cash Receipt Book for BIR13.Tax Filing14.BIR submissions15.SEC reports filing16.JV entries of AR Non-trade Cash Payments17.Monitoring of bank Loan Payable18.Cash flow report19.Audit of Payroll (Mandatory deductions and payments)20.Monitoring of VG Employees Cash Advances Deduction21.Audit of Petty cash and other revolving funds22.Audit of General Ledger Accounts23.Recording of Fuel Expenses24.Audit of Manpower Payroll Billing25.Checking of Bank Statement26.Preparation of SOA27.Personal Business ClosureRequirements• Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts Receivable Staff or Accounts Payable Staff• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures• Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports• Accuracy and attention to detail• Aptitude for numbers• Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks• Data entry and word processing skills• Well organized• Must be a graduate in BS Accountancy, newly graduate is welcome to apply• Must be a residence nearby of Las Piñas or Alabang or Muntinlupa.SALARY RANGE: 16k - 20kWORK LOCATIONS: Las Piñas CityWORK SCHEDULE: Compressed Work Week from Monday to Friday
