Responsibilities
• Hiring, training, and supervising accounting associates• Assigning projects to ensure the execution of tasks and compliance• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and procedures• Providing recommendations and meeting financial accounting objectives
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related courses• CPA, CMA, CTT, and any finance/accounting certification• 8-15 years of experience in accounting/finance• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities• Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results• Advanced experience in using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations• Background in PFRS and/or IFRS• High attention to detail and accuracy• Ability to direct and supervise• Can start immediately
