Accounting Manager

Digital Advantage Corporation operates and manages SM Advantage Card (SMAC) which aims to incentivize the purchasing behavior of its members. SMAC is the biggest loyalty program in the country with the widest network of stores like SM Store, SM Markets, specialty stores, and other partner merchants where SMAC members can earn and redeem points every time they shop. SMAC members also get exclusive access to sale events, discounts, special offers, and freebies from SM group and our partner merchants. The Role Ensure the correct functioning of the platform by reconciling all the different components lik orders, fulfillment, returns, refunds, etc.  Verify and validate the number of orders and quantity of orders received Reconcile orders and payments and ensure that all accounts are balanced Match customer returns to customer orders to validate refund status Prepare discrepancy reports and send to concerned parties for resolution Other responsibilities that may be assigned Ideal Profile Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent At least 5 years relevant experience; Preferably CPA Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and standards and computerized applications Familiarity with SAP accounting software  Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly detail-oriented, analytical, organized and results-oriented What's on Offer?
