Accounting Manager

Job Description:
Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure. Ensure the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions. Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner. Assist the Acc. Manager and Controller in the daily banking requirements. Collaborates with the other finance team to support overall finance department goals and objectives. Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department. Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Work with the Accounting Manager and Controller to ensure a clean and timely year end audit. Support Controller with special projects and workflow process improvements. Supervise the accounting team to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met. Develop and improve accounting team. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Accounting. Have experience minimum 3 years in accounting area, with 2 years as a assistant manager or supervisor. Experience in Financial / Banking industry will be an advantage. Analytical and problem solving. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to comunicate with management and other business units. Ability to work independently, self- motivation and reliability. Ability to multi task, work under pressure and meet deadline. Adaptable to changes and proactivity. Detail oriented and accuratee. Experience in KAP will be an advantage.
