Accounting Manager

AP RESIDENCES INC.Is currently looking for: ACCOUNTING MANAGERDuties and Responsibilities: Leads, directs, and oversees activities of all Accounting and Finance personnel to optimize the efficiency and productivity of each team member.Establishes process flow for Accounting and Finance, and enforces compliance to company policies relevant to cost management, in line with proper accounting methods, policies, and procedures.Responsible for the submission and compliance with governing bodies such as but not limited to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and other relevant financial institutions.Has adept knowledge in Bookkeeping, GeneralAccounting background, Financial Statements, General Expenses, and Auditing jobs.Job Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Accountancy GraduateMust be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)At least 2 years of general accounting & finance and with related experience in the Real Estate industry or Corporate setting.Possesses great interpersonal and leadership skills.Must possess research skills, and can demonstrate multi-tasking jobs.Can manage and be versatile in different forms of crisis.Must be a team player or results-driven, and oriented.Amenable to start as soon as possible.Keen on details, and keeps confidentiality.
