Accounting Manager

-Preparation of monthly financial statement. Review and analyze financial report and submit to top management for decision making purposes.-Oversees general accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements, such as Balance Sheets and Profit-and-Loss Statements. -Checks accuracy and completeness of general ledger accounts.-Analyzes accounting schedules, recommends adjusting entries.-Review and monitors financial records and schedules.-Identifies and resolves problems/inconsistencies and determines corrective actions.-Monitors accounting controls to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial records.-Oversee the preparation, of accounting transactions and ensures the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with generally accepted accounting principles. Manages the daily activities of the accounting team to ensure accuracy, efficiency and compliance with all company and governmental requirements laws and regulations.-Manage and review transactions of repairs orders for service department. -Approves check vouchers before forwarding to the signatory.-Reviews and approves commission computation-Reviews Aging of Accounts Payable and check overdue accounts.-Analyze and review actual inventory reports.-Ensure correct adjustment of inventory variances-Prepares department budget submitted for approval at year end.-Prepared monthly budget, monitoring report with corresponding analysis/recommendation-Reviews BIR tax returns and other statutory compliance's like SEC. Business permits etc.-Audited Financial Statement (AFS)-Includes other task that maybe assigned by the management.
