Accounting Manager

Job Description:
Prepare bank reconciliation which includes cash credit, credit card transactions, employee and marketing charges Manage balance sheet accounts reconciliation Profit and Loss preparation and analysis including variance analysis (vs actual; vs budget) Responsible for making sales recording and reconciliation, consumption report and accrual Monitoring of project cost vs budget Manage and validate employee reimbursement, liquidations and PCV replenishment Monitoring of rentals (including percentage of rent validation) and sales reporting to lessor Spearhead store audit and ending inventory count Process business permits and local government permits Manages all treasury and disbursement functions Ensures timely compliance to SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, BIR and other governmental mandatory requirements Minimum Qualifications:
With at least 3 to 5 years solid experience in the same field CPA license is an advantage Proficient in using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel With strong technical background in Accounting Strong MS Excel and database skills Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills Has the ability to work independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout company organization Have high standards of integrity
