Accounting Generalist - Meycauyan

Assist with reconciling vendor statements and solving discrepancies when necessary;- Assist with daily cash over shot reconciliation, and reporting;- Processes requisitions and purchase orders;- Prepare and distribute the various reports when needed;- Other office duties as needed i.e. manage the front desk, answer phones, order office supplies;- Assist with special projects;- Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts as assigned;- Assist with Generating Daily Labor and Revenue Reports as needed;- Professional and prompt correspondence with regards to administrative requests;- Understand and ensure compliance with all Omni Finance SOPs;- Maintain open communication with all departments;- Prepare monthly journal entries as assigned;- Reporting on any aspects of duties verbally or in written format;- Assist with accounts receivable functions and duties;- Assist with Audit requests**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary**Experience**:- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)License/Certification:- CPA (preferred)
