Accounting & Finance Officer/ M. Paterno San Juan City/ 30K-35K

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES? Oversee all financial and accounting transactions includingcompliance to BIR & related legal requirements? Prepare Financial & Accounting policies and procedures? Prepare annual budget guidelines and forecasts? Lead internal audit of financial documents? Prepare Annual Treasurer's report? Assist in the transactional recording & management of fundings,grants and scholarshipsQUALIFICATIONS? Certified Public Accountant? At least 6 years experience in General Accounting, Taxation andAuditing; ideally as project team lead? Familiarity with NGO financial guidelines is an advantage? Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures? Excellent knowledge of MS Office & Acctg systems; Knowledge ofQNE System is a plus? With proven competence in a leadership & managementposition? Strong attention to detail and accuracy with good analytical skills
