Accounting Associate (Soa - Consignment)

Salary: Php15,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month

1. Regular checking of platform updates.
2. Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies.
3. Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable/payable (order amounts, discount rates etc.)
4. Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill
5. Issue statement of account periodically to clients through emails.
6. Send reminders for payments and contact clients when assigned
7. Update accounting records with new payments, balances, clients information etc.
8. Answer queries and handle complaints from clients regarding billing
9. Monthly and closing assistance of accounting books
10. Maintaining confidentiality of organizational information
1. At least 2 year experience in Accounts Receivable and 1 year use of SAP
2. Proficient in MS Office (especially Microsoft Excel)
3. Efficient and excellent analytical ability
4. Good communication skills
5. Graduate of any Accounting / Finance / Business course
6. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
