Accounting Assistant – Payable

Responsible for processing, checking and encoding accounts payable transactions.Performs other accounting functions to support the operations of the company.
Performs day to day processing of accounts payable transactions to ensure completeness of supporting documents related to billing from vendors
Prepares Government documents and monthly payments
Ensures completeness and genuineness of all required supporting attachments and supplementary documentations – PO, Billing Invoices, Contracts and other mandatory documents
Performs other tasks and related functions that may be assigned by immediate head and management.
Monitors accounts payables activities such as countering, encoding of sales and collection

Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy, Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Accounting Technology or Internal Auditing related Course
With at least 1-4 years of experience from retail and sales industry
Excellent number analysis
Organized and good adherence to set procedures
Proficient in MS office
