Details of the offer

Accountant assists in the day-to-day running of the Accounting Office. They help the
Operations Department to maintain records Daily sales report. They keep records of all transactions, and are usually responsible for the preparation of financial statements, lapsing and amortization, inventory, petty cash, 201 of each outlets and payroll calculation. Accounting Assistant also process checks, maintain filing and bank reconciliation, and audit petty cash and company owned outlets as scheduled as well as carrying out other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
Qualifications:
Comprehensive knowledge of computer accounting software systems.
Experienced in processing accounts payable/receivable, sub-ledger and general ledger entries
and reconciliations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Basic understanding of accountancy and book-keeping
Would hold or be working towards an AAT certificate or related accountancy qualification
Excellent interpersonal skills – to deal with customers and external contacts
Good organizational skills and ability to work to, and sometime implement own processes
Requirements:
Preferably graduate of BS Accountancy
At least two (2) years General Accounting experience
With good communication skills, verbal and written
Familiar in all BIR & Government’s Regulations
With potential to be a comptroller or CFO of the company
Knowledge in Auditing is an advantage
Knowledge in preparing P&L (Profit & Loss) Financial Statements
Meticulous, detailed, well organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines
Must demonstrate the supervisory skills, team building skills, problem solving skills, basic counseling skills and computer skills
