Prepares check vouchers and checks the necessary supporting documents. Recording of monthly Cash Disbursement Book
Prepares Journal Voucher
Filing of paid and cancelled check vouchers
Monitoring of Advances for Liquidation and Advances to Suppliers.
Monitoring of Bank loan dues
Maintaining records and preparing documents needed in bank transactions such as availment and renewal of bank loan.
Other duties that may be assigned by the Accounting Manager
