PHILIPPINE WINE MERCHANTS Is currently looking for:  ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT BS degree in Accounting, Finance or any Business Administration CourseProcess accounts and incoming payments with our clientsPerform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables dataPrepare billing and bank depositsReconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly postedVerify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issuesFacilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill remindersand contacting clientsGenerate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable statusSolid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulationsProven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial recordsData entry skills along with a knack for numbersHands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting softwareCustomer service orientation and negotiation skillsHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailCan do fillingOrganize and keen to detailsFlexible and fast learnerAt least 1 year of experience as Accounting Assistant
