Accounting Assistant

-Receive, check and verify Billings for Utilities, Invoices from Suppliers, CRF for other disbursements including Cash Advances, Reimbursements, PCF replenishments and prepare Check Vouchers for payment.-Responsible for preparation and issuance of Certificate of Creditable Withholding Taxes (BIR form 2307). -Attends to all vendor and inter-department payable inquiries.-Responsible in timely recording of sale of Vehicle and Parts & Accessories.-Responsible in timely recording of daily collection. -Responsible in collecting, recording and filing of Creditable Withholding Taxes (BIR Form 2307)-Responsible in reconciling of Bank Accounts and recording necessary adjustments.-Preparation of Fixed Asset Lapsing schedule and recording of monthly depreciation.-Responsible in filing and monitoring of all BIR Accountable Forms such as Sales Invoice, Official Receipts and Collection Receipts etc-Monitoring and filing of Check Vouchers and Journal Vouchers.-Attends relevant training and development programs.-Performs other functions as may be directed by the superior
