Accounting Assistant

**ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT - RECEIVABLES****JOB SUMMARY**:- Responsible for Sales Invoice/Billing Invoice- Responsible for Collections and deposits- Responsible for A/R Schedules and other reports related to the position**JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Prepares Sales/Billing Invoice (via ASYST) for all Delivery Receipts and Project completion report- Issues collection receipts or official receipts for all collections made- Prepares Schedules of Receivables, Invoicing, Collections and Customer Deposit on time- Prepares data for EWT and VAT filing- Do bank errands if needed**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Preferably Graduate of BS Accountancy or related course.- At least 1 year experience in related field.- Knowledgeable in MS Office - Word, Excel- Experienced with Accounting software- Can start as soon as possible**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Company Christmas gift- Employee discount- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Accounting Assistant: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)
