Receives, verifies and encodes expense requests and reports Reviews petty cash vouchers and its supporting documents Reviews check vouchers and its supporting documents Ensures that Fixed Asset Register and Depreciation is up to date Maintains a list of credit memo and coordinates with other departments on its availability Manages petty cash system documentation by encoding, monitoring, reviewing, filing and ensuring completeness of petty cash vouchers requests on a daily basis Manages USD Payables file Prepares and reconciles foreign currency denominated vouchers and payables by reviewing and analyzing supporting documents Updates and maintains vendor database Receives and records vendor payments by recording cash, check, and online payment transactions Reviews any discrepancies by checking vendor accounts, bills, invoices, receipts, and records on a daily, weekly, monthly, or as needed basis Performs other related tasks as assigned Minimum Qualifications:
Job Specifications:


College graduate of Accountancy or related course With at least 1 year experience in Accounting Proficient with MS Office applications specifically Excel spreadsheets
